The Lavalla Stage 2 Building at Saint Augustine’s Catholic College extends the Stage 1 works completed eight years ago. The construction faced challenges due to limited space between the existing building and the street boundary. The school cooperated by relocating their stop, drop, and go zone, allowing space for construction vehicles and cranes.

The new building includes state-of-the-art music and recording rooms on the ground floor, and science labs with breakout spaces on levels 2 and 3. The internal walls feature an acoustic panel system that enhances both aesthetics and functionality.

The ground floor entrance features a grand entry with an illuminated Saint Augustine’s logo sign and an automated sliding gate.
